Waves of Health Returns from Mission to Kuvale, Uganda

A team of ten Waves of Health volunteers recently returned safely from Kuvale, Uganda, after an impactful medical mission that brought essential primary medical and pharmacy care to the community.

Over the course of 3.5 days of clinic, the team provided care to 882 patients, dispensing more than 2,600 medications to address both acute and chronic conditions.

In addition to medical care, the mission expanded its reach through vital preventive and supportive services. The team distributed 112 reading glasses, helping restore vision and improve daily life for patients of all ages. They also provided 700 reusable menstrual pads, supporting dignity, health, and continued education for women and girls in the community.

This mission was made possible through the generosity of our supporters. Every donation directly contributed to delivering compassionate, life-saving care to an underserved community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated volunteers, whose compassion, expertise, and selfless service made every aspect of this mission possible.
