On November 3, 2012 Waves of Health returned to the Dominican Republic for the ninth time. Once again a team went to the Border town of Dajabon in the northwest part of the country on the Haitian border. Patients were seen in the Barrio Sur at Sister Laura’s Salineros clinic. A base pharmacy was set up in one of the school rooms . From this base, the Waves team went to the farming villages of LaVigia and Sabana Larga for full clinic days.
